All Programs

Grade 9 Prep is offered during the summer, and is designed to give students entering Grade 9 Academic Math a head start on material they will be covering at the beginning of Grade 9. The goal of the program is to help students feel more confident as they begin the school year.

The program is taught as an actual class, in a small group setting of up to four students per session. Each week, the instructor teaches a new topic. During the session students have time for guided practise. There is assigned independent work for students to complete at home. At the beginning of each session, the instructor goes over the assigned homework, before proceeding to the next topic.

Please note, this is a program and attendance is very important. Each session builds on concepts covered in the previous session.
